Plain Greek Yogurt / 3 Cups
Fresh Seasonal Fruits / 2 Cups
Wonderland’s Sunflower seeds / 1 Tablespoon
Wonderland’s Flax seed / 1 Tablespoon
Wonderland’s Pumpkin seeds / 1 Tablespoon
Brown Sugar / 1 Tablespoon
Butter / 1 Tablespoon
Honey / 2 Tablespoon
Wonderland’s California Almonds / 1/4 Cups
Wonderland Raw Cashews / 1/4 Cups
Step 1Take Fresh Fruits along with Wonderland’s Sunflower seeds, Flax seeds and Pumpkin seeds in a bowl and mix them all well.
Step 2Sprinkle the brown sugar and a tablespoon of honey in the bowl and mix well.
Step 3To assemble each parfait, add ½ cup of the yogurt to a glass, and top with ¼ cup of prepared mixture. Add another ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture on top, followed by another ¼ cup of prepared mixture layer and finally sprinkle chopped Wonderland’s almonds and cashews on top of it all.
Step 4Serve.
