Ingredients

  • Plain Greek Yogurt / 3 Cups

  • Fresh Seasonal Fruits / 2 Cups

  • Wonderland’s Sunflower seeds / 1 Tablespoon

  • Wonderland’s Flax seed / 1 Tablespoon

  • Wonderland’s Pumpkin seeds / 1 Tablespoon

  • Brown Sugar / 1 Tablespoon

  • Butter / 1 Tablespoon

  • Honey / 2 Tablespoon

  • Wonderland’s California Almonds / 1/4 Cups

  • Wonderland Raw Cashews / 1/4 Cups

Directions

Step 1Take Fresh Fruits along with Wonderland’s Sunflower seeds, Flax seeds and Pumpkin seeds in a bowl and mix them all well.

Step 2Sprinkle the brown sugar and a tablespoon of honey in the bowl and mix well.

Step 3To assemble each parfait, add ½ cup of the yogurt to a glass, and top with ¼ cup of prepared mixture. Add another ¼ cup of the yogurt mixture on top, followed by another ¼ cup of prepared mixture layer and finally sprinkle chopped Wonderland’s almonds and cashews on top of it all.

Step 4Serve.
